Dean Shriver is the founding pastor of Intermountain Baptist Church in Taylorsville, UT where he served for 32 years.  He is passionate about preaching and teaching God's word.  Dean holds an M.Div from Western Seminary in Portland, OR (1986) and a D.Min in preaching from Gordon-Conwell Seminary (2001).  He is the author of Nobody's Perfect, But You Have to Be:  The Power of Personal Integrity in Effective Preaching (Baker Books, 2005).  He and his wife, Nancy have been married 42 years and have three adult children.  Dean and Nancy presently reside in Grapeview, WA where he serves as an elder at North Mason Bible Church in Belfair, WA.
